Abutments and frameworks may be produced in zirconia or other options such as gold, titanium or cobalt chrome, or they may be CAD/CAM produced while maintaining the accuracy and tolerances obtained from machined components. This is possible due to the NeoLink™, which is a precision machined component made of gold or commercially pure titanium, providing the interface between the implant and abutment framework.
As the cast abutment or framework can be bonded to the precision machined NeoLink™ a true passive fit can be achieved. Inaccuracies caused in casting or porcelain firing can therefore be eliminated.
NeoLinks™ are co-packed with straight plastic copings and offer both an economic and uniquely flexible solution. The NeoLinks™ can be incorporated into the Esthetiline Solution by using the NeoLink™ Plastic Copings Set (that provides a complete range of abutment designs for different teeth, emergence profiles, heights and angulations).

Titanium NeoLinks™ are made from Commercially Pure Titanium Grade 4.
Gold NeoLinks™ are made from non-oxidizing high-fusing Gold Alloy (composition: Au 60%, Pt 24%, Pd 15%, Ir 1%). Recommended melting temperature of the casting alloy is less than 1250°C.
NeoLinks™ are non-sterile and includes a NeoLink™, Laboratory Screw, Neoss® Crystaloc™ Abutment Screw and two straight copings.
