The Neoss 4+ Course
This three-day course will cover the Immediate Full Arch Loading concept (The Neoss '4+’) from planning to fitting of a provisional prosthesis in one day (where possible), including all laboratory stages. The course is designed to enable those dental implant surgeons with experience to diagnose and provide an immediate functional and aesthetic tooth replacement with predictability.
The course includes a take-home personalised model based on the clinician's patient, including stent and mock-up of teeth worth over £400.
Learning Aims
- To become familiar with the History and principles of the 4+ technique
- To understand the principles of treatment planning a 4+ case
- To see and become familiar with the planning stages for a 4+ procedure
- To see the surgical placement and immediate loading of a single jaw
Learning objectives
- To understand the use of CBCT in diagnosis and planning
- To see the use of guided surgery to aid implant placement
- To see the surgical and restorative stages for the 4+ procedure
Who is this course for?
The course is aimed at experienced implant surgeons who'd like to develop an overview of this rapidly changing field. It serves as an excellent introduction to further training in implant treatment. You'll need to hold an approved dental qualification and be an experienced implant surgeon. Applicants should be licensed and insured to practice in the UK.

Dr Wail Girgis
Dr Wail Girgis is a Clinical Director at Devonshire House and a Specialist Prosthodontist. He provides general dental care for a broad patient base and, as a Specialist Prosthodontist, is especially skilled in the replacement of missing teeth, the restoration of natural teeth and in complicated and simple restorations of the whole mouth. Wail trained at King’s College Hospital Dental School, London and went on to complete an MSc degree in Conservative Dentistry at the Eastman Dental Hospital, London where he taught thereafter as a clinical lecturer. Wail went on to teach at the International Centre for Excellence in Dentistry on the Implant Certificate Course. He is a member of the International Team for Implantology for whom he is a clinical lecturer. Wail joined Devonshire House in 1998 and is now a Clinical Director.
Dr Deepesh Patel
Dr. Deepesh Patel is a Specialist Prosthodontist and an Associate at Devonshire House. He provides general dental care for a broad patient base and, is especially skilled in the replacement of missing teeth, the restoration of natural teeth and in complicated and simple restorations of the whole mouth. Experience Deepesh qualified from King’s College London in 2011 and developed his clinical experience in general practice whilst looking after a broad patient base. He completed his diploma in Implant Dentistry over a four-year period at the UCL Eastman Dental Institute in 2017.He completed his specialist training at the Eastman in 2020, was awarded the UCL Alumni Prize in Prosthodontics for clinical and academic excellence and was allocated to the Dean’s List for his academic result. The same year Deepesh obtained his MPros qualification from the Royal College of Surgeons of England and Edinburgh and he now teaches at the Eastman Dental Institute as a Clinical Teaching Fellow.
